Delivery within 5 miles of our lot is included in your concrete price.

For jobs located more than 5 miles from our lot, add $10 per loaded mile beyond the first 5 miles.
Mileage is calculated one way from our lot to your job site.
Example: If your job is 12 miles from our lot, you would pay for 7 additional loaded miles, or $70.
After-Hours + Weekend Delivery
Need to pour outside our standard delivery hours? We offer delivery 7 days a week, with additional fees for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Delivery Policies
Job Site Access
We'll deliver directly to your job or forms where the site is accessible to the truck under its own power.
If you're unsure whether the truck can access your pour location, contact us before scheduling.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 4 hours' notice if you need to cancel your scheduled delivery.
For cancellations due to weather, please provide at least 2 hours' notice.
Show-Up / No-Delivery Fee
$150
This fee applies when our truck arrives for a scheduled pour but the customer or job site is not ready and the delivery cannot be completed.

Credit may also be established prior to delivery.
Past-due credit accounts are subject to a 2% monthly service charge (24% annually).
Returned checks are subject to a $25 NSF fee.
Additional Charges
Hot Water
$8 per cubic yard
Hot water is automatically added to orders October through April.
Fiber Mesh
$12 per cubic yard
Standby Time
Your delivery includes 10 minutes of unloading time per cubic yard ordered.
If additional unloading time is needed:
$2.50/minute or $150/hour
Having your forms, crew, and job site ready before your scheduled arrival helps prevent standby charges.
